Thousand Apartments

‘Thousand Apartment’ was extremely challenging project because it was almost an impossible task of incorporating thousands of apartments in one building. We won the project though an internal competition and our creative solution was extremely well received.

The project is a new solution of how to draw air deep into a building and so that it can reach every unit of the building. Since it’s a large vertical building, the project also incorporates over fifty play areas at different levels of the building.

This also is a very unique character of the building giving the building multiple social spaces at different levels for the users to enjoy.

The finger-like modules of the building works significantly as wind tunnels in drawing and distributing the sir throughout the project itself and also the play areas work as suction point for the flow of air. The project also offers the residents a wonderful panoramic view of the site of where it is located.
